Service Description
I have a limited number of After Hours Appointments available for people that can't get to an appointment during business hours. These appointments are charged at our After Hours Appointment rates. Please see rates below: Curl Transformation £130 For returning customers: Wash and Go £90 Dry Cut £75. A £50 deposit will be needed to make booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. To be fair to all our clients and to protect our time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made more than 48 hours before your appointment must be completed through our online booking system. Policy Details Cancellations within 48 hours Your deposit will be retained and is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows The full cost of the service will be charged. Late arrivals Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their service shortened or may need to be rescheduled. This may still incur a charge. Rescheduling We allow up to two reschedules per appointment outside of the 48-hour cancellation period. If you need to reschedule for a third time, your deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
