Service Description
This service includes an in-depth consultation followed by a tailored Curly cut, Scalp and hair detox and cleanse, wash, condition and curl by curl styling. During this appointment, we will discuss your future hair goals, past experiences and your overall hair journey. You will also receive one to one expert advice so that you can continue your hair routine at home. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 hours for this appointment, dependent upon hair length and thickness. For best results please arrive for your appointment with your hair down dry and detangled. No straightening before you appointment with minimal to no product. Please see our policies page for details on preparing for your appointment. We require a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The remainder can be paid on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. To accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can do this easily through our online booking system. Cancellations within 48 hours: Your deposit will be retained and is non-refundable. No-shows: The full amount of the service will be charged.
