Service Description

For this service curls must be cleansed and defined. This service is strictly for returning clients who want either a reshape or a maintenance trim. It does not include styling or wash . Please see our policies page for details on preparing for your appointment. A non refundable £30 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your place.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. To accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can do this easily through our online booking system. Cancellations within 48 hours: Your deposit will be retained and is non-refundable. No-shows: The full amount of the service will be charged.
