Service Description
For this service curls must be cleansed and defined. This service is strictly for returning clients who want a maintenance trim only. It does not include styling or wash . If you require a new shape or look please book the reshape service. Please see our policies page for details on preparing for your appointment. A non refundable £30 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your place.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. To be fair to all our clients and to protect our time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made more than 48 hours before your appointment must be completed through our online booking system. Policy Details Cancellations within 48 hours Your deposit will be retained and is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows The full cost of the service will be charged. Late arrivals Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their service shortened or may need to be rescheduled. This may still incur a charge. Rescheduling We allow up to two reschedules per appointment outside of the 48-hour cancellation period. If you need to reschedule for a third time, your deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
